Account & Data Deletion

In the app

Dokan Khata app › Settings › Delete account, confirm with your password. (Only the main admin can delete the whole shop.)

Via web or email

Without the app, email us with subject "Delete account" including your registered mobile number and shop name, or log in at web.dokankhata.app › Settings. We verify ownership by OTP or call.

What is deleted

Account, admin logins, shop, customers, sales, dues, expenses, repairs, stock, images and SMS logs, within 30 days.

What may be kept

Subscription payment records (TrxID, date, amount) up to 5 years where legally required. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Partial deletion

To delete specific customers or images without closing the account, email us.
